Downloading sims 3 mods?

I want to learn how to install sims 3 mods, without installing help monkey or whatever, also how to download the "creat a world" app .Downloading sims 3 mods?
I know the money cheat.

1 go to settings (the 3 dots on the left)

2.go to help I think???

3. Go all the. Way to the bottom were it says gardening help then when you go on it shake the iPod than it gives you money and you could do this as much times as you wantDownloading sims 3 mods?
Or for money do ctrl+shift+c (have to press all of them together) then when the bar pops up type in testingcheatsenabled true. After that, type in motherlode and it gives you 50,000 simoleons.
