Where can I get these Sims 3 Mods?

I want to get some sims 3 mods. I want one that will let me have same sex try for baby, teen woohoo and try for baby, and a good story progression mod because EA's isn't very good. In the Story Progression mod, I want one that can let sims into relationships, out of relationships, have kids, etc.

Where can I download these mods, and what are the risks of downloading them? I want some fairly simple mods that would be easy to unistall if nessecary. Also, how do I backup my saved games?Where can I get these Sims 3 Mods?
All of these mods are available on Modthesims.info, however, the site is down for maintenance today, otherwise I'd give you the links.



I have the teen woohoo and same sex woohoo mod, and I have to say that it doesn't work very well. The one time I tested it out with teens, they got frozen into the beds, so I uninstalled the mod.



I haven't used a story progression mod, but I will be looking into it as soon as MTS is back up.
