I totally agree with you--I've been looking a lot of places to find natural looking skintones for sims 3 and sims 2, etc, etc. If the mod or skin that you downloaded is a .package file, then go on Modthesims.info, because there is a mod (that i have for sims 3) that makes Sims 3 .package files actually appear in my game. I'm really sorry I can't provide the link, becuz I definently would, but for some reason my computer blocks it all of a sudden :( (stupid family safety). I really really hope i helped! :/ I hate censoring btw .
*sorry for my rANdoM rambling*
LetsMakeMagicSims (YouTube (: )Sims 3 mods not working?
Most nude mods require an additional download to work. (I don't have any, so I don't know what it is specifically, just that you can't download only the .package file and have them work.)
Contact XSims and see if they can help you.Sims 3 mods not working?
HOW CAN YOU PLAY SIMS 3 ON A MAC?!?!?!?! DID YOU UPGRADE TO LION?! I CANT PLAY ANYMORE :(
Oh yeah haha and the mods don't work because you either upgraded your computer to Lion. This causes the Sims 3 mods to not work, custom content to not show up. And the game to freeze a lot. Now if you didn't upgrade your Mac to OS X Lion, you could of installed the mod incorrectly. When you do that, a little of the mod would show up, but not completely. Or the mod wouldn't show up and it causes the game to crash.
