I followed the exact instructions to make a mods folder, then 'packages', put resource.cfg into the Mods folder, etc, etc, etc, i have winRAR and the monkey-helper from MTS. I have windows vista, and it's not my first time with sims 3 custom content, so i know it's not just my computer. any answers are appreciated, thanks :)Sims 3 mods are not working?
which directory did you place it in? My Documents or Program Files?
try copying your entire mod folder and placing it in whichever directory you didn't, but leave it in the one you did. That way your game will read the mods from whichever directory it wants.
