How to install sims 3 mods?

Hi. I've never downloaded a mod before but I wanted this one http://www.the-isz.com/nraas/index.php?/鈥?/a> for a movie i'm trying to make. I ran it but I don't really know what to do now. How do i get it on my game?How to install sims 3 mods?

Once you've set that up. Install the mod in the same way you install the test mod in the guide (this will make sense once you've read through the guide, promise!)
