Sims 3 mods dont want to appear in the game?

Ok so i download my mods from thesimsresource.com well i unzip them (if i have to because im downloading sets :D) and moving them in the folder packages and they appear in the Launcher so i install them. When i run the game i find only few things but the other aren't there !?!

So i need the mods and i don't know what to do so PLEASE HELP!!!Sims 3 mods dont want to appear in the game?
Most downloads from thesimsresource come in .sims3pack format - if you have those files, they need to go in your downloads folder (Documents%26gt; Electronic Arts%26gt; The Sims 3%26gt; Downloads) not your packages folder. They should then all appear in the launcher for you to install. Only .package files go in the Packages folder :)
