Hello, i have a macbook pro Intel Core 2 Duo. Its OS is still snow leopard and the mods i install for sims 3 does not seem to work. my sims 3 does not have any expansion packs and the version is 1.22
i did everything everyone told me to do. i added the mod folder and added the packages one. i added the package files to the package folder and it doesnt seem to be working. i added clothing, cars and some other stuff. anyone know a solution? maybe i should update or get a special software of some sort? thank you.Sims 3 Mods MAC "NOT WORKING!"?

Just going from the information you give here - you're missing your resource.cfg file - you need one so the game knows where to look for the new custom content.
Check through my simple guide here: http://scribblingsbyme.blogspot.com/p/tu鈥?/a> to make sure you've got everything you need in the right place (you'll find a resource file download in there, along with everything else you need) and hopefully you can spot anything you're missing :)
