The sims 3 mods won't work!?

I have everything I need, a mods and packages folder, a resource.cfg and monkey helper, when I try to install a mod to the sims 3 with monkey helper, it says



The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The sims 3\mods\packages\XMS3-FloraHair033-TFto.p鈥?because it's being used by another process.
