Ok so i am trying to download mods for the sims 3( i have ambitions expansion and my version is 1.18) so I did everything modthesims told me to do..i went into documents ea game, sims3 and created mods folder then inside there i created the packages folder and also saved the resources folder. i saved the mods in the package folder and went to play the game and it is the same nothing diffrent..did i do something wrong becuse it took me about 2 hrs to find out how to do it only for it to not work..any help is appreciated thanks!SIMS 3 MODS DOWNLOADS?

So you are saying that u did everything right ?
So i wanna ask u ... what kind of mods are you downloading ? sims ? Houses , Clothes , Accessories , Hairs ..... and if sims .. sorry i dont know how .. but if its houses or something like that i can help you :)
If houses Just click in the Zip file , Unzip it , and Then just double-click on it and it should start a installation right away .... and its image should be just like the sims 3 image ....
if u are downloading clothes , Hair ........ Just Put them in the Mods - Packages And it should work :) I Hope this helped xD
