How do i place The Sims 3 Mods when i don't have CDs?

I'm trying to get the Mods for the Teenagers Pregnancy, Marriage and so on, but i don't have a CD for this game nor a folder in programs with the Sims 3, just the Doc. folder where i place the mods (so it says)



but there is another thing that "needs" to be placed in the programs folder.



help? please?How do i place The Sims 3 Mods when i don't have CDs?
They are talking about putting it in the program files folder under c:\program files\electronic arts\the sims 3. Not in the start menu.
